About this cottage rental

Located 20km from Avignon, between the gates of Luberon and the Monts de Vaucluse, the cottage is ideal to find peace and to visit the region, while being close to the main roads to radiate throughout Provence
This is the only rental on our property

separate entrance - enclosed parking - salt pool 5X10m

A very enjoyable holiday. The gite was well equipped and comfortable. There was a pool on site, but due to weather conditions we didn’t manage to use it, although it looked very clean and inviting. Olivier and Edmonde were very welcoming and although they lived on site and were there if we needed them, otherwise didn’t bother us. It was a good location to explore the many pretty villages of the Luberon and further afield. Too much for us to do in one week.

We enjoyed our week at the gite in Velleron and loved visiting the beautiful villages and countryside in Provence. There's lots to do in the area and L'isle sur la Sorgue nearby is an interesting town. Edmonde and Olivier were lovely hosts, very helpful and friendly. The gite is well equipped, it has a steep spiral staircase to the mezzanine which also has a low roof so anyone very tall would need to take care. The shower room, kitchen and lounge are all tastefully decorated - the pool is a good size and garden large and quiet. Overall a very good location and gite to explore the area.

Excellent pool, comfortable bed & sofa.

We found the gité very comfortable. The pool was great although the weather let us down we did get a couple of swims in. The bed is on a mezzanine floor which was ok. Kitchen was well supplied. The location was ideal to explore the area from Aix-en-Provence through to Grignan in the north. The host was very obliging and pleasant. The only problem we had finding the place was the new roundabout in Velleron. GPS got confused but we worked it out.
