Treat yourself to a quiet break in the heart of Provence in this charming 60 m² house for 4 people, ideally located on the banks of the Sorgue, in Le Thor. Semi-detached but totally independent thanks to its private entrance, it guarantees you tranquility and autonomy in a green and soothing setting.
Here, nature is your closest neighbour. From the terrace by the water, watch cormorants in winter, the brightly coloured kingfisher, curious ducks and, with a bit of luck, the discreet beaver in summer. A lively and authentic décor, perfect for slowing down and reconnecting with the essentials.
The house has two private terraces:
☀️ A large south-facing terrace of 30 m², ideal for sunny meals and moments of relaxation.
🌊 A 20 m² terrace on the direct edge of the Sorgue, offering a peaceful atmosphere along the water.
Inside, you will find:
• 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (140 cm beds)
• A comfortable living room with TV, WIFI and reversible air conditioning
• A dining room with a view of the river
• A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine...)
• Shower room with toilet and washing machine
Two private parking spaces complete the comfort of the accommodation.
Its location is ideal for discovering the treasures of the region: only 10 minutes from L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, 20 minutes from Avignon, and close to Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence or the villages of the Luberon.
