You will be staying in the centre of a beautiful region offering a multitude of visits, walks and leisure activities. Available for rent all year round, it is fully equipped and well located to explore the region.

On one level, it has three bedrooms (a bed 180×190, a bed 140×190 and two beds 90×190), a separate toilet, a bathroom with bath and double sink, a spacious living/dining room facing south and a kitchen open to the living room.

Outside, many spaces are arranged, conducive to rest: a table for four in the shade of the mulberry tree, near the dining room, a table for six on the pool side, in the shade of a kiwi vine, garden furniture and its small coffee table on the edge of a small arm of the Sorgue which borders the property. Sun loungers can be installed all around the swimming pool.
A fully equipped summer kitchen is very close to the pool as well as a real barbecue.
The house is exclusively reserved for holidaymakers, as is the entire property (swimming pool, garden, large private parking, etc.).

The environment is quiet and green.

The village of Velleron is known for its evening farmers' market which takes place every day. The village of Isle sur la Sorgue and its antique shops is nearby. The city of Avignon and its international theatre festival is less than 20 km away.
