About this house rental
The entire house is filled with light – fresh smelling and immaculately clean and uncluttered. It is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout, central AC and heat, ample closet space.
This is a stylish 3BR home that evokes all the comforts of home while making vacationing oh so simple. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, good cooking knives, microwave, coffee pot, all cookware and serving items.
There are two amazing patios – one with a barbeque and the other that is nicely shaded with anarondack chairs and a fire pit so you can enjoy all of the seasons.
The living room has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating and views of the lush green leaves of the gorgeous old trees that surround the house.
For those who have to get some work done while visiting Charlottesville, we have high speed internet and plenty of comfortable areas where you can set up your work space.
The house has 2 full baths, both with shower/tub combinations – one upstairs and one downstairs. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, & soap. There is also a hair dryer available for use.

We had a wonderful stay for our weekend in Charlottesville. The house is in a great location, close to the mall and to many restaurants. The house was very clean and provided us with everything we needed in order to enjoy a comfortable snowy and icey weekend. Check in and Check out were easy as well. Overall a great experience, and will be top of the list to return!

The host was very welcoming and made sure the walk was cleared so we could get to the house in spite of the Charlottesville snow an Ice.

This house was lovely! It looks small when you first come in but there is a large addition on the back that has a huge great room and well appointed kitchen. The rooms are very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Larissa, the owner, is lovely and even though she was traveling overseas, she got back to me with any questions or concerns, very quickly. She was so warm and hospitable.
The house was VERY clean and well taken care of which was much appreciated!
A lovely house where my high school pals from 50 years ago were able to come and stay and make many wonderful memories. Thank you Larissa!
