About this house rental
The entire house is filled with light – fresh smelling and immaculately clean and uncluttered. It is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Beautiful hard wood floors throughout, central AC and heat, ample closet space.
This is a stylish 3BR home that evokes all the comforts of home while making vacationing oh so simple. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, good cooking knives, microwave, coffee pot, all cookware and serving items.
There are two amazing patios – one with a barbeque and the other that is nicely shaded with anarondack chairs and a fire pit so you can enjoy all of the seasons.
The living room has a smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating and views of the lush green leaves of the gorgeous old trees that surround the house.
For those who have to get some work done while visiting Charlottesville, we have high speed internet and plenty of comfortable areas where you can set up your work space.
The house has 2 full baths, both with shower/tub combinations – one upstairs and one downstairs. We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, & soap. There is also a hair dryer available for use.

This is a charming home on a quite street, close to Downtown, UVA, Monticello, and other attractions. It has a 1st floor bedroom suite. Beds were very comfortable. There is a terrific great room/kitchen off the back of the house. It was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The host was very gracious and helpful. We would stay here again if back in Charlottesville.

Great place! Hard to find places for a family of 6, especially that are nice, clean, and in a good location. Host was great, place was great!
