Located in central Charlottesville in the lovely Greenbrier neighborhood, this 3-bedroom single level home offers a quiet place to relax while enjoying all the local amenities. 5 minutes from the downtown walking mall, 10 minutes from UVA campus and hospital, 15 minutes to Monticello and Carter mountain, 20 minutes to the airport. Convenient to everything. A beautiful neighborhood with mature trees, sidewalks, and many parks and trails nearby. A fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Tell us what you need ahead of time and we'll make sure all your accommodation needs are met! Locally owned so there's never a problem with communication and any issues that come up can be dealt with promptly. An always-on generator ensures that even with loss of electricity, your stay will continue uninterrupted. We have a selection of teas and Nespresso coffees, snacks and beverages waiting for you. Pet friendly! - we know how important your four- legged companions are. A fenced in back yard ensures their safety for potty and play times. This lovely, well appointed, comfortable home is close to downtown and UVA. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, we really enjoyed our stay! Maria was very responsive, and communication was excellent. Next time we are in C’ville, we will definitely seek an opportunity to stay at this property again!

From the moment you walk into the property you feel like your home, all that was missing was the smell of home baked cookies just out of the oven.There are so many thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and Pelligrino on the dining table, ice cream in the freezer, the list goes on...oh and a lovely welcome note.Great space if you are traveling with a four legged friend, lovely neighbourhood to walk through.Maria, is super quick to respond and just lovely to engage with.Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We loved this property! It was exactly as advertised, clean, quiet, pet friendly, and perfect for our group of five and our pup. As stated in the description, it is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We definitely felt we were staying in a “home” as opposed to the typical run of the mill rental. To that point, we were so lucky to stay while the azaleas and various wildflowers were in bloom. You can feel the labor of love here, inside and out. This is a wonderful home to stay in and it’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.
