The apartment was clean. Instructions from the host were very easy to understand with lots of detail. Check-in was easy. The apartment is on the second floor, which wasn’t a big deal for us. There’s a window AC unit. It was very hot while we were in Nashville, but as long as we kept the door between the sitting area/kitchen and the bedroom, it was cool in the apartment. We forgot a couple things and the host shipped them to us at cost! Super kind.

I know the host advises that VRBO set the number of bedrooms but without having to read the fine print I expect a properties listed with 2 bedrooms to have 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and not 1 bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living/dining room with no door. Very disappointing. Communication with the host and location was excellent.
