About this house rental
This home is located in the coveted East Nashville neighborhood. Guests will have access to the entire home. The home sleeps six guests very comfortably in three bedrooms; two bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space and places to put all your belongings. The master is its own upstairs oasis with an en suite bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub. There is an additional full bathroom downstairs. It is a renovated home with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The house has fully outfitted kitchen for your cooking needs (pots, pans, blender, knives, coffeemaker, and of course wine corkscrew, coffee/tea). There is also a hairdryer, iron/board and a full size washer/dryer in case you need to do some laundry. There are two outdoor spaces, a backyard deck looking onto an enormous fenced yard or a covered front porch perfect for an afternoon cocktail.

Property was clean as it stated in the description. Nothing that seemed out of ordinary or unsanitary by any means. Showers had great water pressure and quick heat up times and the A/C cooled the house down with no issue. Was in contact with Craig for a few things, but nothing of issue sort with the property, but they were always responsive in a quick manner (matter of minutes to maybe 30 minutes at most) and was very accommodating for an issue that I had personally that had me leave the trip early but was still able to still allow the group I was with to be able to stay on property till the end of the original stay. If I do come back down to Nashville and decide to do a Vrbo again, They are at the top of the list for a place I would stay. They were in a well central location for where we were bumming around town at (easily within 30 minutes of everything, some were even 2 - 5 minutes away) and the area felt nice as well. So again, I give them 5 Stars, would for sure stay there again!

We were trying to find a place to stay for our family vacation and stumbled into this listing and it beats any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Made the trip feel less like a trip and more like home; would stay again

Very clean and perfect for three sisters who want separate bedrooms. There could have been a better selection of dishes. Maybe some salad plate size ones. I gave 3 stars to the check in process, as VRBO sent a code which I thought was meant to unlock the door, but must have been to get into VRBO to get another code that unlocked the door. The owner called me very quickly when he saw I couldn't get in. The neighborhood is transitional, but still totally fine.

Lovely cottage with all you could ask for in a residential neighborhood close to very cool East Nashville spots. The front porch was a special delight. Great communication from the hosts. Looking forward to staying here again next time I'm in Nashville!
