Our first vacation home got sold out from under us, so this was a nice change! Great location with food just around the corner and easy access to all the activities. Loved feeding the birds (and squirrels) in the back yard - we could sit for hours watching the wildlife! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Love the home. It felt like home away from away. Would definitely stay again. Very peaceful and quiet.

This place was very nice. The backyard is fenced so out dog was free to roam and the landscaping was nicely done. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

My husband and I went to Nashville in Nov to celebrate my birthday. It was our first trip to Nashville and our stay at MJs home was PERFECT! This is such a cute little place and her original and eclectic decor gives such happy vibes (both inside and out)! MJ definitely took time and care picking out furnishings and home decor.
The beds were very comfortable, and extra pillows and blankets are provided. There was plenty of room to spread out in the home, and the furniture was comfortable as well. All of the little amenities were supplied in the bathrooms (blow dryer, curling iron, straightener...) and the kitchen was stocked with tons of spices and essentials, which was great as it saved us from purchasing everything.
We flew in from out of state, and MJ graciously accommodated us with an early check-in as we had an early flight. MJ was easy to get ahold of and was quick to reply when I needed to text her. The proximity to center city Nashville was our primary reason for booking this home, and it was a quick and easy drive. There is so much to see and do in Nashville, and definately not enough time in 3 days to do it all! I'm hoping to get back to Nashville again, and I will definitely stay at MJs home again!
On Nashville:
We originally were going to Uber into Nashville, but ended up renting a car instead. The straight forward drive into Nashville (Broadway ?) was quick and easy...probably 10-15 minutes or so. Parking caps off at $30-40 per day, (so be prepared for that). We just ended up parking in the parking garages and walked up and down the strip everyday. Bottled beer in the bars on Broadway are $6-9, we averaged 1 beer per bar unless we really liked the band. There are soooo many bars on Broadway!! ALL of the bands/live music are phenomenal!!! Make sure to take extra cash as this is hiw the bands make their money. (We basically tipped a few bucks up to $5 or so... some bands ask $20 to request a song). There are tons of places to eat with a wide variety of food. Keep an eye out for all of the unique boutique stores too. The County Music Hall of Fame is a must see, as well as the Ryman and The Grand Old Opry.
