Broadway, the Ryman, and Bridgestone Arena are roughly 10 minutes by car. That's close enough for a show or a night of live music, and far enough that the downtown noise stays downtown when you're ready for bed. East Nashville is right next door, with Five Points less than two miles away for coffee, local restaurants, and vintage shops. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
