Villa Cassandori is one of the ancient villas of the Lucca countryside, nestled in a wonderful hilly landscape.
Dating back to the 18th century, the property has been recently restored whilst keeping the original historical features, and guaranteeing the utmost luxury and comfort.
Surrounded by a stunning Italian garden with a circular fountain, the villa features outdoor dining areas with gazebos and barbecue, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.
Also you will find a beautiful pool (10 x 6 m, depth 1.40 m), open all year round, adorned by a well-kept lawn, and equipped with sunbeds, parasols, changing room and shower.
Lastly, at guests\' disposal a private parking for 4 cars.
Internal Description
Elegantly furnished, Villa Cassandori is spread over 4 floors (connected internally by a freight elevator), and can sleep up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Moreover a dependance is available at an extra cost and can sleep another 2 guests. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. Pets are allowed on request.
Basement: In the basement there is a cellar and the laundry room (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board).
Ground floor: The ground floor is dedicated to the living area formed by an elegant sitting room (with sofas, armchairs and fireplace), a spacious dining room, a modern kitchen and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, toaster, coffee machine, and breakfast table for 4 people.
First floor: On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom (one with shower, the other with shower and bathtub), and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with hydromassage shower).
Second floor: The top floor houses 4 bedrooms composed by: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a bedroom with French bed and ensuite bathroom (with shower), two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower/bathtub.

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); final cleaning; Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Heating upon consumption; extra linen change (30.00€ per room); extra cleaning on request (120.00€ per cleaning); use of the dependance for 2 extra guests (300.00€ per day); extra services on request (tours, cooking lessons, private chef, private transport, and much more). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
