Location, location, location! Welcome to “Sunset Beach” located on the 8th floor of Westwinds – a beachfront high-rise condominium nestled among the palms on the beach side of the Resort. Our thoughtfully designed two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers direct beach access and features a spacious floor-plan, a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized balcony, and unbeatable views of the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
4770 Westwinds features a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, generous counter space and island seating for three. Our kitchen is also supplied with all the dinnerware and cookware needed to prepare and serve your favorite meal. Our stylish dining area offers table seating for six with additional seating in the living area as well as out on the balcony. Designed with comfort in mind, the living space offers plush furnishings, an HDTV, a sleeper sofa and access to a furnished balcony overlooking the glistening gulf.
The primary bedroom is located off the living area and features stunning views of the sand and surf. In addition to gulf views, guests can enjoy a luxurious king bed, an HDTV, access to the balcony, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Our sunny guest bedroom is located near the entry and features floor-to-ceiling windows, two queen beds, and an HDTV. A hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo is conveniently located. #4770 Westwinds offers keyless front door entry, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and a stackable washer/dryer. This unit is on the 8th floor of the building.
Westwinds is situated in one of the most premiere locations in the and offers guests direct access to its beautiful beaches. Westwinds guests can enjoy a seasonally heated community pool, a hot tub, a seasonal tiki bar, an expansive pool deck, cascading waterfalls, and a fitness facility, as well as privately gated parking. In addition to all the amazing amenities at Westwinds, the Resort offers 14 tennis courts, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and more!
*If additional space is needed, 4767 Westwinds is available for rent and located just across the hall. Both 4770 and 4767 Westwinds are managed by Beach Blue Properties and under the same ownership. Please inquire.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Absolutely! Here’s the revised VRBO review with that adjustment:---We had a wonderful stay! The property management company provided clear, helpful information in advance that made our arrival and stay seamless. The location was perfect beach front and amazing sunset views. Having access to the golf cart made exploring super convenient. The condo was exactly as described: clean, modern, and up to date. The only downside was the king-size bed, which was very firm and not as comfortable as we’d hoped. Still, everything else met our expectations, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

The condo itself was great! The golf cart was excellent. My only issue was with the property management company. When we first arrive at our 4pm check in my daughter used the bathroom and flushed the toilet. The toilet started to spew water out from the bottom seal of the toilet and from the top. Water rushed in covering the entire bathroom floor and into the hallway/kitchen area. We didn’t have much supplies to wipe it up and the water alarm was triggered causing all water in the unit to shut off. When the technician finally arrived, he did not believe me when I told him how much water came out of the toilet because the water since drained down either into the wall or bottom of toilet somewhere. You could definitely still smell it. By the time it took the technician to come, the cleaning crew already left for the day. We ended up cleaning the mess ourselves.

We have stayed at the Westwinds a few times and this was our favorite so far. Updated condo, beds were comfortable and the golf cart was great to have!Highly recommend!

We've been to the Westwinds and the 30a area for years. The location was great, the condo was clean overall. Great view of the ocean that I very much enjoyed. Golf cart was excellent and we enjoyed it.The bedding and furniture was not very comfortable. Really bad sleep for us, so if bedding is important you may not want to consider this one. Everything else was very good.
