Emerald green waters stretch as far as the eye can see, and are visible from every room in the house. This was our first time vacationing in Sandestin and we loved the Westwinds building. It is a resort like building with a great pool area and private beach. The hot tub was not heating correctly, which was a disappointment since we had one cool day, but not that big of a deal. The actual condo was nice and clean with large bedrooms. The balcony was HUGE and had great views. We saw so many dolphins while sitting on the balcony. The only negative for the condo was the living room rug was dirty and stained and needs to be replaced. The living room furniture had some wear and a stain, but overall in good condition. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals in. The management company was great. We had one minor issue with our door code, and they resolved it immediately. Overall, a great trip!

The property was great- the condo was clean and spacious. Slept all 6 of us very comfortably. Loved the pool/bar/beach. Feedback - for the price, beach service should be included. Beach service was expensive and the property allows people to set up their own umbrellas and chairs in front of those that paid for it, which was frustrating. Other than that, no complaints.

The view was great but the unit is in need of a deep clean and new furniture/rug. All furniture is stained, curtains have food on them, rug is stained from drinks, the walls/baseboards are filthy, mattress had yellow stains. The linens shown in the picture were no longer on any of the beds. The beach chairs they provided were all broken and rusted. The washing machine had mold in it in. The shower was leaking and had mold. Just disappointing because we have stayed at Westwinds for years and it is usually clean. The unit could be great with a good clean and new furniture. Westwinds itself is great. We will just pick a different unit next time.
