This spacious, beachfront, two bedroom condominium is conveniently located just around the corner and down a short hallway from the elevators and features a remodeled kitchen and dining area. Tastefully decorated throughout, this peaceful retreat is the perfect spot to enjoy your SANDESTIN® Golf and Beach Resort beach vacation. Breathe in the fresh breezes coming in off the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your spacious private balcony overlooking some of the nicest beaches among Destin and South Walton's renowned sugar white sand beaches. Then head down the elevator to a relaxing day by the resort style pool complete with separate kiddie pool, seasonal snack bar and hot tub or to your choice of one of many adventures on the resort or off.
At the end of your day, relax in the cozy living area with a large flat screen TV and upgraded sleeper sofa, or one of the two roomy bedrooms. The master bedroom with a flat screen TV, king size bed and en suite bath complete with dual sink vanity has wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico and Destin's famous beaches. YOU SHOULD TELL PEOPLE THEY CANT CHECK IN BEFORE 4PM HARD WHEN DRIVING FROM AWAY THEN BOLOGNA IF YOU CHECK OUT AFTER 10am 200.00 LATE CHARGE. CHANGE YOUR PILLOW SHEETS!

We’ve stayed at Westwinds multiple times and this unit got the job done. It has great beds and average furniture. It’s very understocked compared to other units we’ve been. We had no major issues and always enjoy the fall there. I would probably rent one of the others before selecting this one again.

I grew up going to Westwinds/Sandestin, so I know the grounds and beach well and knew that we were getting an excellent vacation experience there. We usually rent a different condo in Westwinds but it was unavailable this time, so we went with this unit as it's the same layout.
The unit is very simply designed and was pretty clean when we checked in. However, we are used to condos that are very stocked with vacation necessities and supplies, like enough dishes to last the stay without having to run the dishwasher multiple times, or cookie sheets, or salt and pepper. We ended up having to make a few trips to Publix to purchase basic supplies that we assumed would be provided because of our previous stays in other condos.
The cleaning crew that came the day we checked out was knocking on our door almost 45 minutes before we were supposed to check out, which didn't help with the stress of clearing out the condo with two little kiddos.
Overall, the unit worked for what we needed for this vacation, but if you are planning to rent and plan to do any amount of cooking or eating in the unit, I would suggest you pack like you are truly moving in for a few days.
