The Cowshed - Duffys Ballybin

Our stay at The Cowshed was pleasant and our accommodations were clean, quiet, and inviting. Our host, Ciaran, greeted us upon arrival and took the time to share local information and interesting historical information about the beautiful property. He was excellent with communication prior to arrival and kind enough to give us an early check-in since the initial was available and our flight was so long. We walked the wooded grounds and enjoyed solitude and quiet from the busy Dublin experience where came from the night before. It was a delight to find fresh pastries awaiting us in our nicely stocked kitchen. The sweet, residential kitty jumped in our bedroom from an open window and said good morning to us and even stuck around while we sipped coffee on the back patio. Our stay was just what we had expected and offered nice memories to take home with us.

Great location, easy to get to Dublin airport, loved the walking paths. Perfect size for my family of four.

Great place to stay. It was great to walk through their forest on the property. Eva was very friendly on our arrival and so was the farm cat that my girls loved. Very clean. We enjoyed our two nights there.
