With fine furnishings, exquisite tile work and beautiful local hardwoods throughout, this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean view condo is a perfect "home away from home" . The king master bedroom has a stylish en-suite bath with a large walk in shower. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bath with a walk in shower. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides a great option if you choose to cook at home. Enjoy the expansive views of the Caribbean sea from the spacious patio which includes a table and chairs.
Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. From check in to check out this place exceeded our expectation. Brittany and Mike met us at the airport to assist with our bags and show us our way. Brittany booked all our flights and excursions so we could spend our vacation enjoying it rather than figuring out what to do, stellar service. The property itself is a perfect location, very clean, stocked with all necessities, with a super market next door. We will definitely be back to San Pedro and look forward to our stay here again!

Brittany and her team made our stay on Ambergris Caye so easy! She arranged transportation to and from the airport, organized a scooter to be brought to our location to use for our entire stay and then collected at the last day, and booked two snorkeling trips. She suggested restaurants, shopping, and places to visit. It’s rare to have that much help when we travel. It made our first visit to Belize so much easier. The views and location can’t be beat. The condo was spacious and super clean. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Brittany and Matt were amazing hosts. Very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable about the area and available activities. The condo was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds! Just perfect for our stay! Every time we reached out with a question, we got such a quick response- definitely top tier experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Pedro.
