With fine furnishings, exquisite tile work and beautiful local hardwoods throughout, this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean view condo is a perfect "home away from home" . The king master bedroom has a stylish en-suite bath with a large walk in shower. The second bedroom also has an en-suite bath with a walk in shower. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides a great option if you choose to cook at home. Enjoy the expansive views of the Caribbean sea from the spacious patio which includes a table and chairs.
Part of The Landings at Tres Cocos family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Brittany and Matt were amazing hosts. Very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable about the area and available activities. The condo was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds! Just perfect for our stay! Every time we reached out with a question, we got such a quick response- definitely top tier experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Pedro.

Our experience at the Landing at Tres Cocos, Bermuda Beach was amazing. The hosts, Mike and Brittany were excellent from the moment we reserved and ensured our travel from Belize city to San Pedro was planned, got us to the condo and ensured it was outfitted as we needed. During our stay they were always a call away and took care of all our needs. We would most certainly stay here again!

The property is very well maintained amd clean. There is security day and night walking the grounds which makes it feel safe. The condos are beauiful and fully equipped with everything you will need to live comfortably. We had some water pressure concerns at first but water is a precious resource on the island and we adapted and tried to be conservative. They filter the water on the island but the condos also do an extra purification process so it is safe to wash food, brush teeth, etc. The property managers are local and available at any time to assist with booking excursions, sharing advice on local activities and eateries or addressing any concerns about your condo you may have (we had none). Highly recommend this place for a quiet, centeally located place to call home for your stay!
