Fort Lauderdale is famous for its waterways and this home puts you in the center of the action! Located a short 6-minute drive to Wilton Drive (tons of bars, restaurants, shopping) and a 13-minute drive to the beach, this 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom home with a huge open kitchen and dining area includes a small dock with two kayaks, giving you access to Middle River (which runs through the city and a great place to see tons of wildlife including fish, manatees, iguanas, and birds). The outdoor area includes a pool, firepit, cornhole, and a seating area. This home is perfect for active nature lovers.

This was a great property. Loved the spacious living room and kitchen and 3 bedrooms. We used the pool daily, which is kept very clean. Enjoyed kayaking on the canal. All the appliances seem new. Highly recommend!

Updated home, well maintained pool and yard. The property was located in a busy area of Fort Lauderdale with heavy traffic, pawn and vape shops and many homeless individuals in the area. Although the property itself is on a quiet street this is not an area that would entertain walking/running/biking or other outdoor activities off the property due to safety concerns and lack of green space. The property manager’s communication was average, with me having to send several messages without a reply. It’s an approximate 15 minute drive to get to the beach. Parking at the beach can be a problem, so plan to go early. The house was missing several essentials including dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, paper towel, dish drying rack, laundry basket and working fans. The kayaks were not well maintained/dirty but useable.
