Our experience at Carlos’ home was excellent. The property is in a wonderful location and close to restaurants, publics supermarket, and Las Olas. The home was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like a personalized welcome basket waiting for us on arrival.

The only minor concern was with the noise ordinance system. We occasionally received texts when there didn’t seem to be any excessive noise—for example, while away from the house on a rainy day, or when the kids were simply playing in the pool at 6 PM. It gave us the impression we needed to be extra cautious outdoors, so the sensor may need some adjustment.
