Everything! Awesome communication. Easy access to the property and had absolutely everything you could need, including some nice little personal touches. Location was perfect, handy to grocery store, restaurants etc. The pool area is beautiful, didn’t want to leave.

House was great! A little smaller than i was expecting but had everything we needed and the pool was awesome! Spent most the the nights on the back deck, playing cards and enjoying the pool. Owners were very responsive and helped with anything we needed!

Mattresses were a little thin but that was to be expected. One of the burners on the stove worked great and the other ones took a long time to heat up. That is my only negative comment, everything else was great!

Great location and super friendly host

Phillip and Nicole were super responsive and very friendly! They thankfully let us check out late which made a huge difference after losing an hour due to Daylights saving time the night before. The place was very cozy and super clean and the location was wonderful.

TV outside would only turn on with the remote but you could not change the channel, adjust volume, ect. Otherwise everything was great!

Wir haben uns leider mehr erwartet

Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Straße, der Flughafen ist mit dem Auto nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus hat einen ganz coolen Pool und einen schönen großen Garten, allerdings hat das etwas gedauert bevor man sich darauf einlassen konnte, den zuerst mussten wir unsere Enttäuschung über das Haus an sich verdauen. Der Vermieter war am Telefon sehr freundlich, darum tut es mir auch ein bisschen leid, eine so schlechte Bewertung abgeben zu müssen.

Wir haben die Unterkunft nach einem 3-wöchigem Road-Trip zum Abschluss unserer USA-Reise gebucht. Wir wollten das Ganze schön ausklingen lassen. Leider hatte man das Gefühl, dass zwischen den Fotos bei Booking und der aktuellen Realität 20 Jahre liegen. Das kleine Badezimmer ist schon sehr heruntergekommen und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Die Toilettenschüssel wackelt und kracht wenn man sich darauf setzt und die Badewanne, in der man sich duscht sieht nicht mehr appetitlich aus usw.. Auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer waren unangenehme Flecken und die Stoffauflagen auf den Liegen am Pool waren total verdreckt. Am Tisch auf der Terrasse hingen schon einige Fetzen weg. Türklinken haben gewackelt und insgesamt wurde an dem Haus lange nichts gemacht. Dafür bekommt man vorher seitenweise Verhaltensregel, zum Beispiel in welchem Bereich man die Klimaanlage aufzudrehen hat, das man im Haus die Schuhe auszuziehen hat ( dafür war der Boden aber zu klebrig ) und den Hinweis, dass der Vermieter 100 Dollar Strafe verlangt, für jede angefangene Stunde die man am Abreisetag zu spät auszieht.
