-Must Be 25 years or older to book
-Rental Agreement and Drivers License Required after booking
-No pets
-No smoking or parties
We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to
the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.

We appreciate the quick response when we were unable to locate the WiFi password behind a Christmas decoration otherwise it was in plain sight. Easy access and parking allowed us to visit shows and return for a snack before the next show. We loved having first floor easy access and the holiday decorations were appreciated, very homey feel. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Our family really felt at-home when we arrived. The house was very comfortable and festive for the holidays. You can't beat packing and unpacking a car from vacation when you're on the first floor. The indoor pool was perfect for our kids (5, 10, and 12)--not overly crowded, clean, and shallow enough for everyone to touch the bottom, but deep enough to still have fun.The best part of this house was the location. We were very near so many attractions, restaurants, and a grocery store. Even downtown is only a short drive.
