Summary:
Welcome to the Foothills! The new condo building is located in the heart of Branson, just minutes from Branson's famous HWY 76 strip! The location is wonderful for all the fun Branson adventures that you will want to experience! Once inside the condo you will feel right at home with the high end furniture pieces, clean new building, and stocked cabinets!
The Space:
Aside from the curb in the parking lot, there are NO STAIRS to get inside this unit.
Then once inside, everything is on the same level!

- Bedroom 2 with TWO QUEEN BEDS and attached bathroom

Guest Access:
The entire condo will be yours! You will also have access to the resort's amenities, which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool! The outdoor pool is only open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend, but both pools are just two parking lots over, so within walking distance!
The Neighborhood:
Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 4 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Titanic, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! Or enjoy the dinner show with live animals at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, also just 4 minutes away!
One of the city's biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, located just 15-20 minutes from Thousand Hills Resort! It is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!
The Branson Landing, at the other end of the strip, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!
AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With the State Park Marina only 15 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
Interaction with Guests:
No need to worry about keys, there is a keypad lock on the front door so you will be able to check yourselves in! We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be able if you do happen to need anything!

The condo was amazing. Very clean and modern. All amnitites that a traveler needs. The pools could have been cleaner. There were candy wrappers and a wet wipe floating in the pool when we used it 7/6

June 23-25, 2026Loved the condo. We stayed with our 4 grandsons and them each having their own beds was great (set of twins in one room, set of queens plus master with king) Lovely decor, large rooms with plenty of space for everyone. We didn’t eat a meal there but everything was furnished if we had wanted to. Location was perfect!!! Easy access to everything we were doing.Checkout was easy as well. Put things back - remotes and put away dishes, take out the trash. That’s it. No stripping of beds or starting laundry Would definitely stay here again if we need 3 bedrooms

Property in a very good location ,easy to get to water park,tanger outlet and SDC. Condo has everything you need. Plenty of cookware and dishes. Lots of room and very clean. We are a family of 7, kids ages 3,6,8 and 4 adults. This is our 2nd stay here and 1 of our favorite. No stairs, easy access and just as advertised on vrbo. Adam and his team always available.We have had no need to contact them during our stays but they do check in with us regularly.
