- Walk-in condo with no stairs to enter
- Entire condo is on one level
- Minimum booking age is 25
- Rental agreement and driver’s license are required after booking

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
We do ask that the following check-out procedures be followed. These are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:
- Set heat to 60 degrees, or leave A/C at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months, June through August.
- Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and the kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.
- Place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
- Make sure ALL windows, doors and sliders are closed and locked.
- Optional: Please start one load of towels if you have time. You only need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
- Take one final look around for forgotten items, including cell phone chargers, etc.
- Please make sure all remotes are returned to their designated rooms.

Everything was exactly as described in listing. Perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and the beds were comfy.

Clean, quite and just off the Branson strip. The condo had plenty of supplies for our week stay. Nice furniture and beds. Large tvs. with cable. We used the hot tub and indoor pool at the club house, it was clean. Will stay here again.

Very clean property.The only issue was the temperature of the primary bathroom was much cooler than the other rooms.A small space heater would be nice along with the 3 large fans that were placed in the primary closet .I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful ,quiet location.

The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything was functional and well kept. Location was close to attractions but far away enough to not be in congestion. Host is very responsive and great to work with. We will definitely seek this on our next Branson trip.
