Cozy Clearwater home w heated pool near beaches! (Pet friendly!)

Super nice house no complaints!

Great House-Great Location & Great HostThe home was beautiful. It was clean & very comfortable and met all of our family's needs. It was well equipped with everyday supplies for your basic needs. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Centrally located, near Clearwater Beach, Philly's Training Complex, Tampa and much more.We enjoyed having our coffee and watching the sunrise in our screened in private pool. The fenced in yard was not only secure so that our dog could roam safely, but it was also ornamental and offered different seating and lounging areas to enjoy. Our host was fantastic. He was very accommodating and was readily available to us when needed.I would definitely book this house again and recommend this house for a great vacation. If you need a quiet retreat, close to beaches and all that Clearwater has to offer, this is the place to be. Great place

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Within two days of arriving, I had to contact the host because the air conditioning was not working properly. Despite repairs being made, the bedrooms never cooled below 81F, forcing me to purchase a portable AC unit during my stay to make the home comfortable for my 3-year-old child.A few days later, host had to return to address a plumbing issue. Not only was this disruptive to our vacation, but there was also an attempt to suggest that I had caused the problem, which was frustrating.I also reported that the pool light was not working the day after check-in. Despite notifying the host promptly, I was later accused of being responsible for the broken light after my stay ended. To make matters worse, the host attempted to charge an excessive cleaning fee. The only changes made to the property were moving two small pieces of furniture to better accommodate my child's sleeping arrangements. While I understand that maintenance issues can happen, the number of problems encountered, combined with the attempts to hold me responsible for pre-existing issues and additional charges, made this a disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this property based on my stay.
