Super nice house no complaints!

Great House-Great Location & Great HostThe home was beautiful. It was clean & very comfortable and met all of our family's needs. It was well equipped with everyday supplies for your basic needs. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Centrally located, near Clearwater Beach, Philly's Training Complex, Tampa and much more.We enjoyed having our coffee and watching the sunrise in our screened in private pool. The fenced in yard was not only secure so that our dog could roam safely, but it was also ornamental and offered different seating and lounging areas to enjoy.Our host was fantastic. He was very accommodating and was readily available to us when needed.I would definitely book this house again and recommend this house for a great vacation.If you need a quiet retreat, close to beaches and all that Clearwater has to offer, this is the place to be. Great place

It was nice to stay with a pool in the back yard. Its not handicapped accessible. There were steps to get in and in the house. For me as an older person. Notified him that the dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work. I received no acknowledgement about it. Pool needed to be cleaned when i got there. Floor of it was slimmy. Thursday is the pool guys day to clean and check the chemicals. Also needs a good landscaper. Over all i made it as good as i could.
