Vacation in your own PRIVATE home & tropical paradise either for an intimate couples getaway or with the whole family in your own private home/yard/HEATED pool (upon request) & only minutes to several popular beaches. The location of the home is literally central to anywhere you want to go… Clearwater is to the north, St Petersburg is to the south, Tampa is to the east & you’re centrally located to ALL of the best beaches! The Property has all the comforts of home while on vacation.
Avoid the crowds, the noise of crowded hotels & busy beach traffic...you'll enjoy this private, charming, beachy escape in this 2-story home. Located minutes to ALL beaches, popular shopping, dining, nightlife, sporting events & site seeing the Tampa Bay area has to explore.
Start your day enjoying the back yard in the morning or in your screened Tiki Florida Room & having your favorite cup of coffee, tea or Bloody Mary while watching & listening to a the birds & squirrels wake up. The Tiki Lanai has a large comfortable seating area with bar top, Smart flat screen TV and a large table to eat breakfast, lunch & dinner at.
Then head out to the lovey tropical, private backyard & pool where you can spend every day sunning on the lounge chairs or under the coolness of oak trees while listening to your favorite music from your phone on the Wifi/Bluetooth speakers around the pool. Set up the cornhole in the yard & fill up the pool floats then fire up the gas grill when you get hungry. When the sun goes down, light up the gas fire pit, watch the stars come out & enjoy with your favorite cocktail while chatting about your day, planning your next day & enjoying the relaxing evening breeze. There is also a neighborhood park 3 blocks away with NEW PICKLEBALL, wall ball & basketball courts & a playground for the kids.
Looking for more together time? Afterward, head inside to the enclosed Tiki Room (no Florida mosquitos!!) or in the cozy living room, both rooms with Smart/streaming TVs to watch a movie & eat popcorn, play cards or bust out a board game for fun.
To note, this is my & Levi (my dog's) personal home part of the year so you may see 1 or 2 personal decor/items around the house (& the home is so clean you won't even know a dog stays there from time to time!). Also, per VRBO's policy, this is to note the property has 3 security cameras on site (front of garage, doorbell & overview of back yard). To note, there are no cameras inside the home.

The house was good, well decorated and comfortable. The backyard and pool were great. For us, we found it too far from everything. If you plan on driving everywhere then the location is okay (about 30 minutes from anywhere you want to go). The only complaint we had was the listing didnt state that you weren't to use the garage. After speaking with the owner we were able to store our bikes and thi gs in there.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. In person this home is beautiful!! My kids enjoyed the pool the most and I enjoyed the tiki bar. If I didn’t want to get in the pool I was able to still keep an eye on the kids. Laurie is amazing. She checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. As well as help us find things to do in the area.
