We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!

Salty Beach Cottage is in an excellent location for beach, short walk over the dune. Multi level Pool was perfect for small children and adults. Ice cream shop and great souvenir shop one block walk away. Air conditioner was excellent.we had 9 adults and 4 small children, quarters were just enough with every in a bed/pack n play. Plenty of pool toys and beach chairs under the house. Kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of beach towels. We went on a great Air boat ride one morning and rented a pontoon boat and found plenty of beach places to swim. Downtown is great. Close to many coffee shops and “Beachcomber”. Loved the location and cottage feel of the house. Lauren was great to work with and very responsive.

The location was great…just steps from the beach but we had some issues. The pool is beautiful but, because sand was used in the grooves of the patio tiles, it appears constantly dirty with lots of sand in the pool. Also, the second bedroom on the first floor appears to be a converted porch. It had no venting or air conditioning and, even with fans, was very hot. The kitchen sink faucet leaked and, despite our best attempts to keep an eye on the problem, after returning from dinner one night, the sink was overflowing.
The house was well stocked and comfortable and Lauren was easily available to answer our concerns. We had a great time but, because of the aforementioned issues, I can only give the house 3 1/2 stars.
