"Surf's Up" is a magnificent, ocean front home looking over the vast St. Augustine dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. Walking into the foyer, you are greeted by soft colors, beachy decor, and beautiful pine floors. The main living area is on the 1st floor. The living room, dining area, and kitchen look out over the pool and hot tub and the beach in the back ground. The living room is warm and inviting with its many windows allowing plenty of natural light. The sofas and chairs allow guests to gather around a decorative fireplace to socialize, or watch their favorite show on one of many TVs in the house. There is a powder room off of the living room. Next to the living room is the sun room with two day beds, sitting area, and another TV. The sun room can be used as a 6th bedroom, however it does not have a closet. The dining table has comfortable seating for 8, but you could squeeze in 10 or 12 if needed. The kitchen is spacious and fully loaded with everything you need to make your favorite meals. The chef in your group will appreciate the granite counters, wood cabinets, stainless appliances, and plenty of prep space. We have a side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser in the door.

On the main level is a fabulous master suite. Here, guests will find a comfy king bed. There is also a nautically-themed desk with work space, and high speed wireless Internet. There is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall in the bedroom. The master bath is very spacious, with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, separate shower and enclosed toilet room. The back deck wraps from the back of the house around to the master bedroom. Guests have deck access from the master bedroom.

On the 2nd floor, there are four more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a second master bedroom upstairs. It is on the ocean side of the house and features a king bed, TV, and a large, private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and ocean views. The 4th bedroom is also on the ocean side. It has a double bed with twin bed on top and 1 twin bed and a TV with a DVD/VCR player. The 5th bedroom has a double bed with twin bed on top and a separate twin bed. Bedrooms 3,4, and 5 share a full bathroom which features a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combo.

On the ground level, the back deck offers a sunny place to sit and watch the passing pelicans, or to lay out in the sun and work on your tan. There is a patio table with seating for six, another table with seating for six with umbrella, and a couple of recliners. There is a separate laundry room on the ground level. It has two sets of washers and dryers. There is also a bathroom in the laundry room. It has a shower, sink, and toilet. The beach is accessible via a public walkway just a few steps from the house. When you return from the beach, we have a private, outdoor shower closet with hot and cold water.
There is plenty of parking space here. We have covered carport parking for two cars, and at least 4 more cars can park in the driveway. We have a small garage, but it is used mainly to store beach toys (surf boards, beach chairs, etc). Also 7 beach cruiser bikes to tool around the beach or ride to local shop. Helmets also supplied.
