Enjoy your stay in Lisbon in this bright spacious two bedroom apartment, situated near Belém, complete with stylishly decorated interior.
The Space:
Unpack and settle into this gorgeous home in Belém and get ready to explore Lisbon.
The living room boasts tasteful interior decor that makes this a beautiful space in which to relax, socialise or work. After a long day of exploring the city, take the weight off your feet on the sofa and truly feel at home! The sofa even converts into a single sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest.
Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find an array of modern appliances and cooking implements you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table.
The real highlights of the home are the decorated and spacious interiors.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed where the second bedroom features two comfortable single beds with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.
In the mornings, when you want to freshen up, just head through to the well-appointed bathroom, where you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub. Towels and toiletries are provided.
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

You will have the whole place to yourself. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for cooking and shower. The whole place is available.
The Neighborhood:
In the south-west corner of Lisbon is the beautiful and popular area of Belém; home to some of the most spectacular and iconic landmarks in Portugal. The 56m-high Monument to the Discoveries is a stunning and imposing landmark right on the banks of the Tejo that commemorates the endeavours of the Portuguese explorers in the 15th and 16th centuries. A little further down the shore is the Belém Tower, which is a naval defence tower dating back to 1514 and one of the most popular tourist spots in the city; we advise getting there early. Close by is the Jerónimos Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site that dates back to 1501 and used to be a religious sanctuary for sailors in the age of discoveries. Meanwhile, for art lovers, the Museu Coleção Berardo is home to works by some of the most famous modern masters, including Picasso, Dali, and Warhol.

While the building certainly shows its age, the apartment itself is well maintained and the host was very responsive to any issues that came up during the stay

The description of this property does not match the actual items found in the unit. There is no air conditioning, no blow dryer and no TV. The appliances need updating, the iron was burnt, the hot water kettle did not close and the refrigerator had frost, condensation and water pooled on the bottom shelf.The towels were thin and rough. The throws on the beds were torn and tattered. The paint in second bedroom was chipping and peeling. The couch has seen better days. The toilet seat was loose and the shower head holder was not working properly. The property is in serious need of some TLC. The location was great.
