Excellent location to Liberty University. dining, grocery stores and shopping mall. Host Adam, was in regular contact with me throughout our stay concerning housing needs, and suggestions of local events and sightseeing.

We arranged this stay in order to spend Christmas day with our daughter and were attracted to the location based on easy access and proximity to various restaurants, stores, etc.
Unfortunately there were a number of issues that we weren't anticipating:
1) Towels left in the dryer were still damp,
2) Dishes and cutlery in the dishwasher as well as in the cupboards were not clean,
3) The kitchen and dining area floors were not clean
4) The refrigerator is a side-by-side unit and the refrigerator side only opens about 50% before it hits the door jamb of the laundry / storage room (which is cracked indicating that someone has tried to open the refrigerator further),
5) There was 1/2 a roll of paper towels in the unit and no extras,
6) There were only a couple extra trash bags available,
7) There was what appeared to be rodent feces on the kitchen counter behind the sink (photo sent to the Host upon arrival),
8) The 1st floor 1/2 bath door was dirty where something had been dripped/smeared,
9) The shower handle in the 2nd floor shared bath fell off rendering the shower unusable
10) Several towel sets were stained,
11) Sliding glass door frame and the deck is dirty with mildew.
Most all of these items were communicated to the Host during the stay including several photos and we were assured all would be addressed for the next guest . . . .
Overall not a great experience, 3 stars is generous given the issues, impact on holiday plans, and cost.
