About this house rental
Enjoy being in our peaceful neighborhood while experiencing the convenience of being close to many of Lynchburg's attractions! There are 4 BR and 2 full baths, making it a great place for you & your family/group of friends to be together yet also have your own space.
*There may be tenants in the basement, which is a separate private unit and has its own private entrance from the main house.

You have access to the entire house other than the basement. Just an FYI, sometimes there will be other guests staying in the basement unit, however they have private access that is separate from the rest of the house.
*If you are interested in renting only the basement or renting both the home and basement, please message us. We have separate listings for the individual units and a "combo" listing!
Our hope is that you'll feel "at home" from the moment you walk in! We just had renovations done and it's in pristine condition for you.
- 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, and 1 XL Sectional Sofa
- Twin memory foam mattress can be placed anywhere needed
- Quaint, walkable neighborhood
- Room Darkening curtains in all sleeping areas
- Fast wifi, TV
- Gates on the top and bottom of stairs for child safety
Security Deposit: a $500 security deposit will be required/due 24-72hrs prior to arrival to cover any damage to the property during your stay. (Deposit must be paid prior to entering the house.) It is extremely rare that we ever have to ask guests to cover costs for replacement of linens or damage to anything, as most everyone is extremely respectful and conscious of how they treat things at our property. If anything is found to be damaged or missing during the cleaning after your departure, we will reach out to you to do everything possible to figure out a solution to what happened prior to furthing holding your deposit. If you don't hear from us in these regards, the deposit will be refunded 7 days after your departure. Reach out to us with any questions about this!
PET POLICY: we do not allow any pets.
SMOKING POLICY: no smoking / vaping / doing drugs anywhere-not inside OR outside
** If we find that you have violated our pet or smoke/vape/drug policies, you will be responsible to pay a $2,000 fee. We are not looking to make money on fees, however from prior guests blatantly disregarding our policies we are left with no choice. Our goal and requirement is a smoke free property!

The house was clean and easy to find with Google Maps. The space was clean and plenty of bedrooms. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was nice and close to shopping/restaurants as well.

We were in town one night for our son’s wrestling tournament. The property was beautifully updated and the owner responded immediately to all questions. Will definitely be back again soon and we will recommend to other wrestling families for future tournaments.
