Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet location near downtown Lynchburg and handy for the University of Lynchburg where our son was graduating. Nice spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. Good facilities. Especially liked the coffee machine with a nice selection of coffees, the quality Bluetooth sound system, and the football table which led to some good laughs with the couple we were sharing the apartment with. The unusual ornaments, plaques and other knick knacks around the apartment added to the ambience.

Very homely, clean and the owners really had put a lot of thought and effort into the detail of the property.
Advertised a washer and dryer, but did not have one. Was the main reason for booking the accommodation as we'd been travelling for weeks and needed to do washing. Ended up having to spend half the day in a laundry facility which we were hoping to avoid. However, the presentation of the property was fabulous and the beds were super comfy.

I was given specific instructions for how to access the residence and how to secure it. There were plenty of amenities, everything was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We were close enough to the city to get to graduation easily but not so close that we got stuck in traffic.
Prices were high everywhere for graduation weekend. We only stayed 12 hours, so I felt like the price for an overnight was a little much. However I understand the preparation involved in getting everything ready for the next booking.
