About this house rental
Enjoy our peaceful neighborhood while being conveniently located to many of Lynchburg's best attractions! Our home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it a delightful spot for you and your family or group of friends to be able to spread out.

You will feel "at home" from the moment you step in the door! Our entire home is newly-renovated and it's in pristine condition for you.
- 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, 1 twin floor mattress, 1 twin trundle bed (sleeps 1 adult and 1 child or small adult) and 1 XL sectional sofa
- 2 Twin memory foam mattresses can be placed anywhere needed
- Basement has its own bedroom, bathroom, living area, and coffee bar/kitchenette
- Washer/Dryer
- Quaint, walkable neighborhood
- Fast wifi
- Gates on the top and bottom of stairs for child safety
-Doors at top & bottom of stairs leading to basement
- Amazing backyard for relaxing, throwing a ball, or a game of cornhole
- Solo-stove with grill available for bonfires
- Outdoor seating for 14 people!
- Game room in the garage w/ TV, Darts, Putting Mat & more!
-Lovely yard for games or relaxing
Security Deposit: a $500 security deposit will be required/due 24-48hrs prior to arrival to cover any damage to the property during your stay. (Deposit must be paid prior to entering the house.) It is extremely rare that we ever have to ask guests to cover costs for replacement of linens or damage to anything, as most everyone is extremely respectful and conscious of how they treat things at our property. If anything is found to be damaged or missing during the cleaning after your departure, we will reach out to you to do everything possible to figure out a solution to what happened prior to furthing holding your deposit. If you don't hear from us in these regards, the deposit will be refunded 7 days after your departure. Reach out to us with any questions about this!
PET POLICY: we do not allow any pets.
SMOKING POLICY: no smoking / vaping/ doing drugs anywhere-not inside OR outside
** If we find that you have violated our pet or smoke/vape/drug policies, you will be responsible to pay a $2,000 fee. We are not looking to make money on fees, however from prior guests blatantly disregarding our policies we are left with no choice. Our goal and requirement is a smoke free property!

Amenities at Feels like home w/ full amenities! Our guests rave that our house is the cleanest they've ever stayed in-book with us to see for yourself. Perfect backyard for relaxing, playing corn-hole, or having a small gathering w/ friends & family.

Multi generation family gathering for a wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and play or just sit and talk. Was a beautiful property and extremely comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and if I am back in the area will definitely go back.

We had everything we needed. Handrails all the way up and down would have been helpful. Easily accommodated 3 couples and 5 single adults

We stayed at this property when we were in town for our son's wedding and it was wonderful! There were multiple family members and we were able to divide up between the 3 floors (each of which has a bathroom), which worked out very nicely. The living room furniture was very comfortable, and the porch was great for visiting. The house was very clean and well furnished, and the extra games in the garage were enjoyed by all. We highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay there again.
