40 m² duplex apartment on the 2nd and top floor of a small residence, Le Solaret in Courchevel 1550.
The unit was completely renovated in 2022.
It includes an entryway, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, kitchen utensils…) with a dining area, a living area with a TV and a balcony, an upstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a balcony.

The place was great - very comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. It is about 5 minutes walk away from Tovets chairlift and 7 minutes to Grangettes gondola which runs up to Courchevel 1850 from 7:45 until approx 23:00 which is great. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. We did have a slight issue with the apartment not being ready by 4pm and we had no towels upon arrival but this was quickly dealt with by the owner so did not ruin our experience at all.We would definitely look at booking the apartment again ! Thanks for a great stay
