Courchevel Le Praz is a charming mountain village with all amenities (doctor, shops, restaurants, bars, tourist office ...). It is the start of the ski resort "3 Valleys" ski back straight with back or gondola .
Winter and summer a free bus will take you to different levels of the station until 1850 in the day and evening, and at the center "Aquamotion Courchevel" which opened this winter with spa, surfing, whirlpool, water games children ...... skating Gala, the world championship of women's ski ..... await.
Courchevel le Praz Summer offers multiple activities for kids around the lake, jumping world championship skiing, frappadingue, skating gala ......

Fantastic apartment, well located with shops, good restaurants and lifts within easy reach. Very pretty, spotless and cosy place to stay with an extremely helpful owner. Ideal for a family with 2 teens.

A great apartment for our family of 4. The owner communicates very well with guests and the apartment is very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Access to the main lifts is a short 10 minute walk and the restaurants and shops are easily accessible within 5 minutes of the apartment. If you are driving the apartment includes a private garage in which to park your car. Overall a great property in Le Praz.

Great apartment in lovely village

Communication was excellent throughout and check in/out very easy and flexible on times. The apartment was warm and comfortable and perfect for us as two couples. Kitchen is well equipped and the garage was a real bonus. The apartment for us was a little far to walk each day in ski boots/with our skis but this really wasn't a problem as the ski lockers at the foot of the lifts were very good value and easily fitted fours sets of skis and boots. Overall would happy recommend this apartment and will stay again if we go back to Le Praz.

The apartment is spotless, very well equipped and a short walk into the village. There are now lockers available at the new Le Praz gondola so the need to carry ski kit to and from the bubble can be alleviated. We had a question re the WiFi and the owner got back to us immediately. There is a lovely wood fire (wood provided) and the apartment is traditionally furnished. There are games, books and magazines to enjoy too, We will definitely book this accommodation again!

We rented this property for one week. There was plenty of room for our group of 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. The upstairs rooms (single and double) are on a mezzanine area and are separated by a curtain, the other double is downstairs. The apartment was extremely well equipped if you are self-catering. The owner provided enough logs for the week and the cosy fire was very welcome after a long day skiing. The heating was also very efficient. The apartment was exceptionally clean with beds made up and towels left out on arrival. We rented a heated boot/ski locker at Le Praz lift to save carrryibg equipment up and down, although the walk is a very easy 5 minutes. There is a garage althoughwe didn’t use this as we booked transfers each way from Geneva with CoolBus. The owner could not have been more helpful with our queries before arrival and was very responsive. We will definitely rent this again....perfect !

I would recommend this apartment in Le Praz - a charming Savoie village removed from the more frenetic upper Courchevel villages. The apartment very warm , ideal for 4-5 people . Well equipped , lovely open fire with wood supplied. We would certainly come again

Three of us had our own room. Views of the valley where fab . The heating of the apartment was excellent . Added bonus of free logs in the garage to keep you cosy at night . Very close to the centre and you can hire a ski locker at the bubble in le Prez . Will rebook again defo .

We have had a very comfortable stay in the apartment, it's not as big as the photos lead you to believe but it's ideal for a small family or 3 single people, we had 4 and one had to sleep on the couch! The apartment has a nice open fire place and balcony with lovely views across the mountains. Its only a 5 min walk to the Le Praz village centre and ski lift station. I would definitely stay in the apartment again, in fact one of our party is coming back to stay in 3 weeks time.

The appartement was great. Well equipped, Cosy and warm. We all loved the fire considering it was -20 outside. The underfloor heating was also a real bonus! I'd recommend taking sledges up to 1850 via the praz lift one evening and take advantage of the toboggan run that ends down in 1550! Merci madam Rouen.

J’étais bénévole pour les Finales de la Coupe du Monde de Ski 2022 et l’appartement était idéalement situé pour rejoindre l’arrivée de la piste de l’Eclipse, où se déroulaient les épreuves de vitesse. Le parking couvert était un atout en cette période de parking très limitée au Praz! Je me déplaçais uniquement à pied, car boulangerie, boucherie et supermarché étaient très proches, et la cuisine bien équipé de l’appartement me permettait de préparer mes propres repas. Seul petit bémol la douche! Ce serait bien si on pouvait la fixer au mur pour prendre un « vraie » douche, mais ça nécessiterait aussi un rideaux ou autre protection pour la salle de bain. Autrement charmant appartement bien placé au cœur du village des Praz avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable.

Chalet idéal pour une famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants. Nous avons réservé également un casier a ski. Le trajet jusqu'au départ des pistes se fait sans problème. Le cadre est très bien. Attention l'espace mezzanine est au dessus du coin cuisine, salon. Donc le soir et le matin il ne faut pas faire de bruit si les enfants se couchent tôt ou se levent tard. Pour un séjour ski cela ne pose pas de problème.

Location la mieux équipée que j'aie réservée. Décoration montagnarde , mais très propre et de bon gout, nombreux équipements (raclette, mixeur pour soupe, four, micro-onde, cheminée avec bois fourni...) Seul bémol j'aurais aimé savoir avant que l appartement était à 600m des remontées et non à coté du lac.

Un charmant petit appartement dans un chalet très pratique d'accès. Il n'y manquait rien !!! Idéalement situé dans cette petite station aux liaisons directes avec le grand domaine skiable des 3 vallées. Un service irréprochable, franchement je le conseille pour une petite famille
