In winter, the Residence offers a ski-in/ski-out departure, with a red slope accessible from the Residence in direct connection with the 3 Vallées ski area. You can also join an easy slope which will take you to the snow front and the Ski School (2 minutes walk).
The Aquamotion aquatic and wellness center is accessible on foot or by shuttle. Toboggan run and Courchevel 1850 are accessible by direct cable car.
In summer, you will have the opportunity to discover many exceptional sites: the Vallon des Avals, the Rosière lake, the Petit Mont Blanc, the Col de la Loze cycle route.
