Welcome to Ouray and welcome to our historic cottage built in 1889.
Updated in 2018, this quaint 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfectly located only one block from Main Street on the south end of town near the Ice Park and Box Canyon Falls. The home has a 50" Smart TV, wireless internet, a ready to cook-in kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. The house also has a huge grassy yard, views in all directions, and plenty of parking for jeeps, truck and trailer combo, etc. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps four guests.

• Ready to cook-in kitchen
• Microwave, coffee makers and toaster
• 5o" Smart TV in the living room
• Cute front porch with seating

This was an amazing experience! I loved staying at this little house. It is a historic house with major updates to the interior and it's beautiful. You can literally walk all over town from the house. The house was well cared for and peaceful. Highly recommend. While the house looks small on the outside, it is extremely spacious inside. I plan to come back and book again.

We loved the Box Canyon. My 80 year old mother even made the hike across the upper bridge. (very slowly!) This house is very well located to do anything in Ouray withing walking distance. Visit the Orvis Hot Springs in Ridgeway, for sure!
