The inside of the house was just as pictured and very comfortable. The outside area we really enjoyed. It needed some yard maintenance and cleanup outside the the other unit.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this very clean, very adorable property! It is just a few blocks from Main Street and walking distance from so many local attractions and restaurants! A beautiful river runs right through the property and a perfect place to sit in a lawn chair and take in your surroundings.

If you are looking for a cozy and quiet getaway in Ouray, this is the place. The house itself was perfect, but the outdoor setting really stole the show. There is nothing better than listening to the river right from the property. We also loved the local wildlife. We saw both deer and a bear during certain times of the day! The location is fantastic and makes exploring the extremely walkable town of Ouray incredibly easy.

The views can’t be beat. It’s a cute little place right in the heart of town. For the price, we expected more things to have been stocked (shampoo, conditioner, working kettle, etc). They were very clear they would not deliver items once you are checked in. Not a huge deal if you’re prepared with all of these items.
