Relax & unwind. Located in the heart of downtown, this peaceful loft is within steps from everything Ouray has to offer – hiking, shopping, restaurants, breweries, & a short walk to the world-famous hot springs.

***Please Note- This unit is not suitable for children under the age of 13 and guests who have difficulty climbing stairs.***

The home/building is surrounded by mature trees that provide a secluded & peaceful atmosphere. Private parking area and a small outdoor area. Outdoor seating available for guests. Please NO RVs or Trailers in the parking lot. Thank you for your understanding!

Our stay in Ouray was amazing! Our loft was roomy enough, clean, had air conditioning (yay) and all of the amenities we needed. It’s in a great location and we were able to walk to almost everything! We met Liza and her lovely family during our stay which was fun! They provided so many wonderful recommendations for us! We would definitely come and stay again! Thanks Liza!!!

Highly recommend! Any questions were answered promptly, the apartment was as advertised, the location was amazing, and the value was great! The set-up was great for two couples acclimating to the elevation and enjoying Ouray prior to a weeklong hike in the San Juans :)

Very clean! We had plenty of space and privacy. Really enjoyed the town. Saw a mule deer in the neighborhood, lots of friendly local shops and restaurants. Yankee Girl was our favorite breakfast place and had lots of history, excellent service too. Back to the rental property, we met Liza as we were loading out and she was so pleasant to visit with. The owners truly care, book with confidence!
