About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this Breton house with a slate roof, situated close to the sea, for rent. This 64m² house with a garden on the Rhuys Peninsula is situated 50 metres from Banastère beach on the Rhuys Peninsula. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
On the ground floor, the house comprises a spacious living area with a lounge, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen, as well as a separate toilet and ample cupboard space. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms (one of which has a versatile sleeping arrangement – a double bed or two single beds, depending on your needs), a practical shower room and a landing with a desk area.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 39 m² living area with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, hob…
- Two bedrooms with one double bed (140×190) and two single beds. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
- A lovely 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
Activities:
Le Penty’s location guarantees peace and a return to nature, just a stone’s throw from the beach. You can even join the Customs Officers’ Path (GR34) right from the house. It’s an ideal base for exploring the cultural heritage: from the impressive Château de Suscinio to Vannes, a town of art and history.
The house is ideally situated in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant setting. Nearby, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as the market, boutiques, restaurants and bars…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes (15 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes (1 hour 20 minutes)

- Laundry facilities: A communal laundry room is available. It is shared with the other property and accessible to occupants of both properties.

Access to the accommodation is available from 5.00 pm. Keys are to be collected from a secure Keycafe locker, located at the rear of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 12 minutes’ walk from the accommodation.

PENTY "Very relaxing holiday with plenty of coastal walks and cycling options nearby.
🙂 Very comfortable cottage, newly refurbished, in a perfect quiet location close to the sea. Lovely to have a bar/restaurant round the corner.
🙁 Nothing. It perhaps would have helped to have had some smaller saucepans. Perhaps list the hair dryer on the inventory?"
