About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this Breton house with slate roof close to the sea for rent. This 64m² house with garden on the Presqu'île de Rhuys is located 50 metres from Banastère beach. This house can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The house is composed, on the ground floor of a spacious living room with living area, dining room, an open equiped kitchen, independent toilets and spacious closets add a touch of comfort. Access to the garden is from the kitchen. On the floor discover 2 bedrooms (one with modular bed, two single beds which can become a double bed, according to your needs), a functional bathroom and a pallier with office space.
The accommodation includes :
- A 39 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x190) and 2 single beds. Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
- A bathroom with shower
- A toilet
- A beautiful garden of 150 m² + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The location of the Penty guarantees calm and return to nature, only few steps, and you are already enjoying the sea and the beach. You can even reach the famous Sentiers des Douaniers trail (GR34) from the house. It is an ideal place to discover Brittany's cultural heritage : between the impressive Castle of Suscinio, and Vannes, city of art and history.
The house is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house.
