A few steps from the coastal paths of the Rhuys peninsula, come and enjoy barbecues and games of pétanque with friends or family in this charming fully equipped house!
This welcoming and modern 72 m² house located in Sarzeau has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features a garden with a 25 m² terrace and garden furniture. You will have access to a barbecue to spend unforgettable moments with family or friends that could end beautifully thanks to the petanque court located at the bottom of the garden. Within the house you will find a television (TNT SAT decoder), a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and in the bathroom a hairdryer. For young children, a high chair is available to you. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a deep fryer, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press.
You will have a private outdoor parking space.
Located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea, the rental is situated at:
