About this house rental

Pleasant and quiet house with all the comforts and the careful decoration was redone in early 2013. The walled and tree-filled garden, the equipment of which (terrace with awning, barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers) allow you to live in outside enjoying the sun.

Possible access to the small beach on foot by a footpath in the shade of the large trees.

The 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor have all been renovated in a different style and allow everyone to find rest and calm conducive to a relaxing holiday.

The large living room open onto the terrace invites family reunions from breakfast to dinner prepared in a very well equipped kitchen. This house is a passport for a family vacation or two.

We had a wonderful holiday in this house. Everything we needed was provided and it was very clean. The garden is very large and there was even a vegetable plot which we were able to help ourselves to. The location is perfect - a very quiet spot on the edge of the village but everything within walking distance. There is one beach within a 10 minute walk and a further one 15 minutes away. The local bar has fresh bread every morning and there are good restaurants also within walking distance. The coast path is nearby for walking. M Le Verger was very helpful and we had no problems arranging the booking. Overall, it was a very good holiday.

Lovely house in south Brittany

Lovely, comfortable and very well-equipped property near to a sandy beach. Local places to eat within very short walking distance. Owner M. Le Verger very helpful and responsive. The garden area is very relaxing, with an outdoor table and chairs and retractable sun awning. Private parking directly outside. We travelled in our own car via ferry and brought bikes with us. Brittany is very cycle-friendly, equally the roads are generally quiet in terms of driving. We visited a lovely beach near Kervert a couple of times (which has lifeguards). We also went to a few of the local markets, e.g. Sarzeau (where there’s also a couple of supermarkets). In terms of cycling with the kids, as well as locally from the property, we took bikes to Malestroit (a medieval town) where there’s connection to both a disused railway ‘green way’ and also the Nantes-Brest canal with cycle path. Overall we’d absolutely recommend this property, and the Presqu'île de Rhuys / Gulf of Morbihan area of Brittany.

We loved our stay in this very pretty house in Penvins. It had everything we could possibly want. And all just a short walk from the village shop, bar and restaurants. The house was beautifully decorated and generously equipped. The garden offered plenty of opportunities to relax in the sun or find a shady spot and the retracting sunshade over the patio was a particularly useful bonus. M. Le Verger was very helpful throughout the lead-up to our visit, answering all our emails very promptly and made us feel very welcome when we arrived and explained all the amenities of the house very clearly (and was very sympathetic to our limited command of French!) We look forward eagerly to our next opportunity to visit and hope to return with our friends. We’re sure they’ll love it too.

We (2 adults with 2 kids, aged 2 and 7) stayed in the house for two weeks. The garden is great for playing and relaxing. Kitchen and house have everything you need, and the beds are in a quite good shape - better than in many other vacation houses and flats we rented over the last few years. So we can really recommend the house. With kids: go visit Zoo and Botanical Garden of Branféré as well as the tropical parc in Saint-Jacut-les-Pins and of course the various types of beaches that can be reached by bicycle or car.

Maison parfaite pour 5 un couple et 3 enfants. Idéalement placée pour des balades à pied au départ de la maison. Bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Literie confortable. Moi qui a des problèmes de dos c'est un gros plus car c'est rare. Jardin agréable, quartier calme. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très sympathique. Petit bémol pour le ménage.

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, schönes und zahlreiches Geschirr, sicher eingezäunter Garten, sehr netter Vermieter, leider mussten wir erstmal putzen, weil die Sauberkeit nicht ganz unseren Maßstäben entsprach... Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren aber top...alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub!!

Un séjour très agréable : location confortable, jardin vaste et bien équipé, terrasse où l'on peut déjeuner à l l'ombre au calme. Facilités à proximité : restaurants, épiceries, bar,tabac etc ... Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce gîte : nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Bien équipée, la Cuisine est fonctionnelle, le salon/ salle à manger et le jardin sont grands et confortables . A l’etage nous avons apprécié les chambres confortables et spacieuses ainsi que la salle de bain. Seul bémol : il manque une chaise haute pour bébé ( nous avions apporté notre propre rehausseur pour bébé ). La mer est à 20 min à pied, commerces et café à 3 min. Le quartier est calme et silencieux , nous avons fait beaucoup de balades en vélo.

Maison meublée avec soins , bien entretenue et bien équipée. L'environnement est calme. Promenades aux alentours , la mer est à 10mn à pied. Tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette charmante maison pleine de charme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut : confort, ambiance cosy, bon équipement électroménager, commerces à proximité, la mer à 5 minutes,, pas besoin de parcourir beaucoup de kilomètres pour découvrir des endroits magnifiques...et le temps magnifique ! Nous avons hâte de revenir !
