About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, contemporary house of 107 m² for rent in Sarzeau, in the Penvins neighbourhood, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a beautiful, light-filled living area with a lounge, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an enclosed garden with a large south-facing wooden terrace. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
All rooms in the house are on one level.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A fully fitted kitchen including: a dishwasher, induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle and an L'Or Barista coffee machine
- A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasins
- A bedroom with four single beds: a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a pull-out bed located under the bunk bed and a single bed
- A second bathroom with a bath and double washbasins
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- An enclosed garden with garden furniture, a parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue
- A large south-facing wooden terrace
The house is ideally situated in Sarzeau, in the Penvins neighbourhood, close to the beaches.
- You’ll be about 1.2 km from the nearest sandy beach and less than 2 km from Penvins beach. You’ll also find essential shops and several restaurants about 800 m away.
- Nearby, Celt’Aventure park, situated about 500 m away, offers a range of activities for all ages.
