The location of this property worked out perfectly for our stay in Rome - we were no further than a 30 minute walk to everything we wanted to explore. Our goal was to be outside for as much of our stay as possible, so we didn’t actually spend much time in the apartment; but the time we did spend was comfortable and met our expectations.

The property was exactly as advertised. I think the only thing that threw us off was how quickly we used the hot water in the shower, but that was explained in the check in instructions. The location was great, only a few minute walk from several main attractions. The neighborhood was also very nice, with many small shops quite close. I stayed in the apartment with my fiancé, and it was a good size for the two of us. We really appreciated the keypad/keycard entry, and being able to adjust the heat pumps to a comfortable temperature for ourselves.

This unit is not represented properly. It is advertised as a two bedroom but there isn’t actually a second bedroom. It’s a pull out couch directly inside the front door. It’s a very small space which would be better advertised for two people.
There was a musty smell in the entire unit and it was not very sound proof, it sounded like cars were coming right through the door. The smell was strong enough that we ended up booking a hotel and not staying in the unit.
In the end, we determined that this unit is better suited to others and definitely a couple, not a family.
The one positive, is the area has some great restaurants and is in a good location for public transportation.
