Location was great it was only 20 minute walk to the Vatican and 10 to the river

Furniture could be updates noticed some weathered furniture with peeling. Also Tv was small and remote did not work well. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was decent size. Worst part was it was on 4th floor so a lot of stairs.

One of the biggest advantages of this apartment is the neighborhood. I cooked at least one meal a day using produce from a nearby fruttivendolo, which helped keep costs down. For breakfast, I often went to Cafe Amore, just a couple of minutes away, where a cappuccino, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a cornetto cost much less than similar breakfasts in the more tourist-oriented cafés nearby. I also discovered Alfredo e Ada, a traditional Roman restaurant popular with locals, where I enjoyed dishes such as saltimbocca and carciofi alla romana at very reasonable prices. Staying here made it easy to experience a more authentic side of Rome.

The photos made it seem larger and nicer than it was but given the fair price I did not mind.

The location was really good

Not too good for people with mobility issues due to the stairs

The location is perfect! Very close to the Vatican City and the St. Angelo Castle and only a few minutes by bus from the city centre and main shopping street. Lots of restaurants and shops basically in from of your door steps.

The room was not very clean. I still found used toiletry from the guest before, the toilet was not at all cleaned and it was not vacuumed at all, when we arrived. We did arrive on point at the communicated check-in time and there was still someone cleaning the room, which is not a problem if it would have been done/finished properly. I rather wait a couple of minutes longer and have a clean room than a half cleaned room, but the property meets the check-in time.
