Good communication with Arianna, the manager of the apartment, and Rosa, the person who met us at our arrival. That turned out to be critical as our flight was delayed by 12 hours. The apartment was comfortable. It is located in a calm street, and within walking distance of the historical sites. Public parking is available within walking distance for 35 euros a day (Piazza Cavour).

We paid a surcharge of 50 euros (pay in cash) as we arrived at the apartment after 10.00pm. I don't remember any mention of that surcharge when I booked the apartment. Our flight was delayed by 12 hours. We had the additional bad luck to have one of our luggage lost. Regarding the functionality of the apartment: There was only one set of keys available with no possibility to have a second set. The kitchen is well-equipped, but it was bare in condiments, coffee, oil/vinegar, etc. Adding some standard staples in the kitchen and some fresh water to welcome travelers will go a long way.

The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and in a great location. The kitchen was equipped with coffee pods, sugar, salt & pepper as well as cleaning supplies. This apartment also has an an oven and washing machine. Double wardrobes in the bedroom were great for storing our clothes. We also appreciated the binder with helpful tips for supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. I would definitely stay again!
