With its peaceful countryside location, 2 Manor Farm Cottage sleeps four guests in two bedrooms with a family bathroom. This well-appointed property benefits from a wood burner, plenty of seating and stunning views of the countryside making the sitting room the perfect space to snuggle down with a book or catch up with friends. The stylish open-plan kitchen/dining room effortlessly flows for an easy living space which is ideal for a relaxed brunch or even head to the outdoor dining area on the patio to while away long summer evenings.

This two-bedroom cottage located just outside Hook Norton is perfectly suited for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of life and immerse themselves into the countryside and all the Cotswolds has to offer. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
