On the ground floor the spacious open plan kitchen/dining room has multiple windows providing dual aspect views and flooding the room with light. The welcoming sitting room provides ample seating to relax with loved ones whilst cosying around the wood burner. This traditional Horton stone workmans cottage has been finished in a contemporary style with an expansive garden and welcomes one dog. This cottage is a great choice for multiple families to enjoy when combined with its neighbour, 2 Manor Farm Cottage!
