1 Manor Farm Cottage is a well-presented Cotswold holiday home sleeping up to 4 guests in two cosy bedrooms with one well appointed bathroom. On the ground floor the spacious open plan kitchen/dining room has multiple windows providing dual aspect views and flooding the room with light. The welcoming sitting room provides ample seating to relax with loved ones whilst cosying around the wood burner. This traditional Horton stone workmans cottage has been finished in a contemporary style with an expansive garden and welcomes one dog. This cottage is a great choice for multiple families to enjoy when combined with its neighbour, 2 Manor Farm Cottage!

A beautiful Cotswold stone cottage which allows dogs. Fantastic garden well kept as was cottage. Very comfortable and nicely updated internally. Plenty of room for 4 people and a few nights away. Bed comfortable and everything very clean.
Good location on outskirts of Hook Norton. A bit far to walk into the village to the pubs in the evening as no footpaths along road but that made for a nice peaceful stay. Nice walks nearby for dog walking. Villagers very friendly.
Close to Chipping Norton (4 miles approx.) for food shopping, also a well stocked Budgens in Hook Norton village.
Cottage well worth a consideration.

Perfect for us with our dog, lovely area to run around and investigate, garden does need a bit of a tidy up
Some of slabs on patio loose but not near the edge
Good open plan for kitchen diner, couple of kitchen stools would have been nice for us to eat breakfast and look out the window, didn’t use dining table, only for some of our stuff- a bit quirky
Useful washing machine and airer
Lounge compact and place generally warm
Bedroom enough space for everything, bed comfortably, needs some nice pillows (Aeyla), forget to take my own every time we go away
Stairs steep but well lit, felt handrail a bit short near top and could have been higher
Really loved the place as was ideal for what we wanted and where we wanted to visit

2nd time staying here, everything you need is provided, property is clean, warm and inviting. Great sized, secure garden for the dog. Would recommend

Whilst this is a lovely cottage (building) and well equipped, for us personally it was an uncomfortable stay. The beds/pillows/towels were awful and the settee’s were low and old. The bathroom is tired and needs painting.No point having a coffee machine if you don’t supply pods or tell the client what to bring and some of the glasses were dirty in the cupboard. The road noise didn’t bother us but if you’re expecting country tranquility it would bother some and should be mentioned. This property has great potential but not as it is to rate the cost.
