Welcome to North Fork Cottage - 75 Ridgeline Road
Relax with plenty of space for the whole family in this 4-bedroom home. Choose from indoor or outdoor dining options and spend your evenings watching the sunset on the front porch or screened-in balcony. Perfect place to unwind and relax.
This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is full of exciting features. There is a master suite available on the first and second floor. Both include a king-sized bed and their own private bath. Located on the second floor, you will find 1 queen, 1 full/1 twin/1 trundle bunked, 2 twins bunked, and 1 twin pullout chair in the master bedroom. This home is located on a ridgeline that has a lake view from the screened-in balcony. Beautifully decorated and makes it seem like you are right in the middle of Seaside. Recently added outdoor firepit with string lights is the best place to enjoy time with family and friends.

SECOND FLOOR:

North Fork has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.
All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. This is a beautiful home me and my family had a wonderful time.Loved the screen in balcony the backyard was a nice chill spot.The house is very warm and was stock with everything we needed.Very clean.The people in the community was nice.We had an amazing experience here and will definitely be coming back.If you want to getaway from all the loud city noise I highly recommend this home for your family.I loved that it was so peaceful and quiet at night
