Penthouse Big Balcony Beachfront access 2 King Beds 2Baths

We highly recommend this condo. Amazing views, very clean and updated! Loved so many things about it and our stay in Puerto Rico. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers and it was the perfect size. Plus it's on the end of the top floor which makes it extra special with windows and beautiful views from every room. It's nicely stocked with anything you need to cook, beach chairs, a cooler, and one boogie board so we rented extra boards. If you're afraid of heights, definitely don't look down! The condo is centrally located between all the main attractions. We really enjoyed the convenience store which was a quick walk from the condo. It's a fairly upscale local hang out spot with cute tables, full bar, delicious pizza, and groceries all in one place. We also enjoyed the upscale bakery/coffee shop across the street. The beach was an easy 3-5 minute walk and we cooked in the condo but also ate out a lot. Taco maker across the street by Walgreens and McDonalds became a favorite of ours. We especially loved walking around old San Juan and eating at Marmalade (amazing experience!). We loved hiking the rainforest and taking the ferry to Culebra. The mall in San Juan is also nice. Boardriders is a great place to eat on the beach close to the condo. Be sure and take washcloths and dish towels from home or buy some when you get there.The street noise can be loud at night but the condo is stocked with ear plugs. I wore ear plugs and played white noise on my phone and slept great!

Amazing and relaxing stay! Gorgeous views! Close to everything we wanted to do. Slept the best I ever have on vacation! Loved the beds! Host was super responsive to questions. Highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The apartment was nice and the views were stunning—we had a good time overall. However, a couple of things warrant mentioning (I don’t think they’re within the host’s control).Street noise: We missed a March 2026 review describing the issue, but it was accurate. Motorcycles and hot rods use the road outside as a racetrack every night and during the day. This penthouse being 22 stories in the air you'd think it to be high enough to escape the noise but it's not. The acoustics of the area make them sound right outside the windows—we kept checking if they were open because it was so loud. Key/gates situation: Only one set of keys and multiple gates to the beach or pool was inconvenient for our group. We were forced to walk through the parking lot to the pool or beach—the building guards wouldn’t let us use the lobby door which would have been a much more direct route.Despite this, the positives made the stay worthwhile. I’d still recommend the property, but with a note about the noise for anyone sensitive to loud engines.
